Jindong Generator Set Maintenance Service

I. Service Description

We provide full-lifecycle maintenance services for gas and diesel generator sets, covering mainstream brands including KING POWER, Cummins, Perkins, Yuchai, Weichai, Shanghai Diesel Engine, Jenbacher and MWM. Our maintenance services consist of fault diagnosis, overhaul, intermediate maintenance, routine inspection and maintenance of generator units, as well as in-depth repair of control systems (PLC, automatic paralleling and grid-connected modules).

II. Applicable Scenarios

  1. Scheduled Overhaul: When the running hours recorded on the Maintenance Record Card reach 10,000 to 20,000 hours, the four matching components (cylinder liner, piston, piston ring and piston pin) need replacement, and dynamic balance calibration of the crankshaft is required.
  2. Emergency Breakdown Repair: Prompt service for issues such as cylinder scoring, bearing seizure, severe engine oil consumption, abnormal exhaust smoke, failure to start or automatic shutdown with alarm alerts.
  3. Specialized Repair for Gas Systems: Fix problems including aging diaphragms of gas pressure regulators, mixer cleaning, stuck throttle valves and failed knock sensors.
  4. Electrical and Control System Restoration: Troubleshoot unstable voltage, frequency drift, malfunctioning ATS automatic transfer switch cabinets and communication failures of remote monitoring modules.
  5. Refurbishment and Remanufacturing of Aging Generator Sets: Disassemble and clean underperforming units, replace vulnerable parts and wiring harnesses to restore the rated power to over 90% of the original specification.

III. General Maintenance Specifications for Repair Services

  1. Adhere to strict replacement standards for three filters and engine oil: engine oil filter, diesel/gas filter, air filter and engine lubricating oil.
  2. Prior to any maintenance work, shut down the unit for cooling, close fuel valves, disconnect the negative terminal of the storage battery and post an “Operation Prohibited” warning sign.
  3. After maintenance completion, conduct stepwise load tests including no-load running-in, 25% load, 50% load and 75% load, and issue an official test report.
  4. Offer a 1 to 3-month quality warranty (excluding wearing parts and damages caused by improper human operation), and establish an independent maintenance file card for each generator unit.
